Scope

Initial service covers web-form lead intake, location/service-area routing, and email notifications. SMS and missed-call recovery are not included.

Onboarding

Service access is subject to completed configuration, operational readiness, and an eligible billing state.

Commercial terms

14-day trial with payment method required; $149 monthly; $299 one-time setup added to the first paid invoice after trial; subsequent monthly invoices $149 before applicable taxes/adjustments.

Service access

Past-due billing may result in suspension after a seven-day grace period. Cancellation access is subject to the paid-through entitlement period.

Final review

Service levels, limitations, data processing, dispute resolution, and cancellation/refund language require final approval before public signup.
